Loss-Of-Signal Detection Limit
If the transmit/receive voltage is less
than the setting in 10-03-13, the system
considers this as Loss-Of-Signal and
the PRTA does not come up. Note that
there are different values based on the
setting in 10-03-12 for the PRI.
