2. Turn the head lock lever (2) clockwise to unlock the print head.
3. Pull the feed lock latch (3) to unlock the feed roller and media sensor assembly.
The feed roller and media sensor assembly (4) will flip open.
4. Pull the media guide (5) away from the product.
