Replacing the Feed Roller
You can easily remove and replace a damaged or worn feed roller.
• Do not power on or off the product, connect or disconnect the power cord while your
hands are wet. Doing so could cause an electric shock.
• Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet before you replace the feed roller.
Required tool
• Phillips screwdriver
1. Make sure that the product is powered off, and disconnect the power cord from the
AC outlet.
2. Open the top cover.
• Open the top cover fully to prevent accidental drop of the cover.
3. Pull the feed lock latch (1) to unlock the feed roller and media sensor assembly (2).
The feed roller and media sensor assembly (2) flipped open.
