Adjusting the Print Speed
The adjustment of the print speed not only changes the speed of printing but also affects the print
quality.
The setting range of the print speed varies depending on the following print resolution:

203 dpi (8 dots/mm) 4 to 16 ips (inches/sec) (101.6 to
406.4 mm/sec)
4 to 14 ips (inches/sec) (101.6 to
355.6 mm/sec)
305 dpi (12 dots/mm) 4 to 14 ips (inches/sec) (101.6 to
355.6 mm/sec)
4 to 12 ips (inches/sec) (101.6 to
304.8 mm/sec)
609 dpi (24 dots/mm) 2 to 6 ips (inches/sec) (50.8 to
152.4 mm/sec)

• When the [Printing] > [Advanced] > [Prioritize] menu has been set to [Commands] and
the print speed is specified by command, the data will be printed with the print speed
specified by the command.
• You can adjust the print speed during printing by registering the [Speed] menu to the
[Shortcut] menu in advance.
• If [Enabled] is selected in the [Micro Label Print Mode] menu, the print speed has a
maximum of 4 ips (inches/second).

When the product is in Online mode, press the button to change to Offline
mode.
