Adjusting the Print Settings During Printing
You can change various settings during printing by registering them to the [Shortcut] menu in advance.
Follow the procedure below to adjust the setting items registered to the [Shortcut] menu during
printing.
1.
Press the button.
The [Shortcut] menu appears.
2. Select an item and adjust the setting.
• Some of the setting items registered to the [Shortcut] menu cannot be changed during
printing, so press the button or button to pause print job and change the
product to Offline mode.
• Some of the setting items registered to the [Shortcut] menu cannot be changed when
there is print data. They can be changed if you access the [Shortcut] menu from the
Settings menu in Offline mode.
