 Acceleration and deceleration interrupt waiting function（10-18(P.229)=2）
When 10-18 (P.229) = 2, enable acceleration and deceleration interrupt waiting function. When accelerating to the
frequency set in 10-19 (P.230), wait for the time set in 10-20 (P.231) before accelerating to the target; when
decelerating to the frequency set in 10-21 (P.232), wait for the time set in 10-22 (P.233) before decelerating to the
target.
