Adjustment of internal weight (W-AD/ W/ X Series only)
The W/X series models are equipped with built-in adjustment weights. Adjustment is performed
with the default settings of the internal weights, but Adjustment can be re-performed with the use of
external weights.
1. Call out the calibration menu
Press [ CAL] for three or more consecutive
seconds.
2.
Start adjustment with the internal
weights
(1) Select [ADJ w/ INT Weight], and then press
[ OK].
(2) Enter the administrator’s password, and then press
[ OK].

Adjustment with the internal weights will start once
the password has been authorized.
Default Password
The default password is set at [9999] when the
balance is shipped from the factory.
About the setting procedure of the weights
Calibration weight value configuration procedures vary
depending on the product model being used.
3. Amend the weight value
Proceed to Step 4 if the weight value is not amended.
(1) Press [ MENU].
(2) Enter the weight value, and then press [ OK].
