Commissioning
6.1 Switching on
SINAMICS DCP
120 Operating Instructions, 09/2019, A5E34382853K
Note
If an external memory card with previously saved
data is plugged into the SINAMICS DCP
while running up, the device runs up based on the parameter assignments saved on the card
(see also Chapter "
Memory card functions (Page 158)").
6.1.1 BOP20 status display during ramp-up
While running up, the status of the run-up is briefly displayed on the BOP20.
Waiting for automatic firmware update of DRIVE-CLiQ components
Commissioning software download active
Correcting/acknowledging topology error
Terminating commissioning mode
Performing first commissioning
The previously listed states are automatically run through during the commissioning and are
normally not visible.
In the following exceptional cases, ramp-up is interrupted with display value 33. In this state,
the device can be parameterized via BOP20 and via STARTER:
● Differences have been identified between the reference and actual topology.
– Correct the topology (e.g. re-insert the TM component).
– Accept the actual topology into the reference topology by setting p9905 = 1 or
p9905 = 2. Run-up is continued.
● A memory card with a parameter data set which comes from a SINAMICS DCP with a
different Article number, is inserted in the device.
– Accept the parameter data set by setting p9906 = 3. Run-up is continued.
or
– Switch off the device and use the correct memory card and then switch it on again.
