Access level
The parameters are subdivided into access levels. The SINAMICS DCP List Manual
specifies the access level at which the parameter can be displayed and modified. The
required access levels 0 to 4 can be set in p0003.

Parameters from the user-defined list (p0013)
1 Standard
Parameters for the simplest possible operations
2 Extended
Parameters for handling the basic functions of the unit
3 Expert Expert knowledge is already required for these parameters
(e.g. knowledge of assigning BICO parameters).
4 Service Expert knowledge is also required for these parameters. The access level is
password-protected. These must be entered in the STARTER expert list or
CUD parameter p3950.
Note
Parameter p0003 is only available on drive object CU_DCP (Con
trol Unit).
7.1.1.2 Drive objects
A drive object is a self-contained software function with its own parameters and potentially its
own faults and alarms. Drive objects can be provided as standard (e.g. drive control), or can
be created individually or also created several times.
Properties of a drive object:
Separate parameter space
Separate fault/alarm system
Separate PROFIdrive telegram for process data
