7.4.3.2 Description of the control word
An example for converting control word 1 (STW 1) on the fieldbus is provided in the
following.
Table 7- 15 Control word 1 (STW1)
Power unit is switched off (pulse inhibit),
voltage disconnected,
main contactors are opened,
switching-on inhibit is withdrawn.
Operating enable (bit 3) possible.
Note: After the shutdown as a result of OFF2, OFF3 or a fault, the switching-on inhibit becomes active. This is
withdrawn using a 0 signal (OFF1).
Power unit is switched off (pulse inhibit),
voltage disconnected,
main contactors are opened,
switching-on inhibit applied.
BI: p0845
Operating condition no
OFF2
Enable (ON, operation) possible.
Note: Control signal OFF2 is generated by ANDing BI: p0844 and BI: p0845.
Power unit is switched off (pulse inhibit),
voltage disconnected,
main contactors are opened,
switching-on inhibit applied.
BI: p0849
Operating condition no
OFF3
Enable (ON, operation) possible.
Note: Control signal OFF3 is generated by ANDing BI: p0848 and BI: p0849.
Power unit is switched off (pulse inhibit).
Power unit enabled,
DCP follows the active setpoints.
PLC has no master
control
Control words and setpoints from the
PROFIdrive interface are not evaluated.
Control words and setpoints from the
PROFIdrive interface are not evaluated.
Note: The PROFIdrive controller should only set this bit to "1" after the PROFIdrive device has requested "Master
control by PLC" (ZSW1.9 = 1 signal).
