● The following definitions apply for transferring process data:
– For word interconnection (via p02051[..] or r02050[..])
0.00% = 0 = 0000 hex
-200.00% =-32768 = 8000 hex
– For double word interconnection (via p02061[..] or r02060[..])
Comment:
For DCP, the double word interconnection hardly has any practical significance as the
data to be transferred do not have the accuracy that would justify the high resolution
(32 bit).
● In the DCP, the described conversion is automatically carried out by the BICO
interconnection.
– Example 1:
BICO connection p2051[1] = r55501 (see FP2470 and FP6850) means that at PZD
word 1 the voltage at side 1 is cyclically sent to the higher-level control system.
If r55501 has a value of 100.00 %, then the value +16384 is received in the higher-
level control system. If r55501 = 50.00 % then a value of +8192 is received.
– Example 2:
BICO connection p55050 = r2050[1] (see FP2460 and FP6805) means that at PZD
word 1, the setpoint for the current control, which is received from the higher-level
control system, is cyclically received.
If the higher-level control system sends a value of +16384, then this is interpreted as a
setpoint of +100.00 %. In operation, this value can be seen at r55070.
● The following applies to the reference variables of the percentage values:
– Voltages in the power unit, e.g. r55501, r55502:
Voltages are referred to the reference voltage (r50071). For a display or setting value
of 100.00 %, the voltage therefore corresponds to the reference voltage of SINAMICS
DCP. The rated voltage according to the technical data (Chapter "Device data
(Page 427)") is used as reference voltage.
– Currents in the power unit, e.g. r55521, r55522, r55523:
Currents are referred to the reference current (r50072). For a display or setting value
of 100.00 %, the current therefore corresponds to the reference current of the
SINAMICS DCP. The rated current according to the technical data (Chapter "Device
data (Page 427)") is used as reference current.
