Note
When using an external 24 V power supply with a continuous current > 20 A, an overcurrent
protection device must be used for the S120 Combi Power Module, the cables and the
busbars. A circuit breaker is recommended as overcurrent protection device.
The tripping characteristic of the circuit breaker depends on
• the loads to be protected and
• the maximum current provided by the power supply unit in the case of a short-circuit.
