8.9.3.1. CASE 1
• Check first 24V1 on ARPS (see chapter 8.6, page 176).
• Check STARC internal power supplies leds.
• If 5V or 3.3 V led is off, change the CPU.
• If one of the other leds is off, change the STARC.
