Trigger on a runt signal event
Use Runt triggering to locate signal pulses that do not make a full logic level transition.
T
o trigger on a runt event:
1. Double-tap the Trigger badge to open the Trigger configuration menu.
2. Tap Trigger Type and select Runt. See Runt Trigger configuration menu on page 215.
3. Tap Source and select the trigger source.
4. Tap Trigger When and select the condition on which to trigger.

ap the Upper Threshold field and use the assigned multipurpose knob to set the threshold value that defines the upper limit that the
signal must cross to be a valid signal transition (or double-tap the field and use the keypad to enter a value).
6. Tap the Lower Threshold field and use the assigned multipurpose knob to set the threshold value that defines the lower limit that the
signal must cross to be a valid signal transition (or double-tap the field and use the keypad to enter a value).
