c. T
ap the Vertical Center field and enter the height value as units of the current vertical channel settings (volts, amps, and so on).
Or double-tap on the field and use the A knob to change the value. The shape immediately changes the vertical center position
of the segment.
4. To change the width of a segment using the Mask Settings menu:
a. Double-tap on the segment to edit.
b. Select Segments under the Mask Defined By options.
c. Tap the Width field and enter the width value as horizontal time (seconds). Or double-tap on the field and use the A knob to
change the value. The shape immediately changes width while maintaining the horizontal center position of the segment.
5. To change the horizontal center of a segment using the Mask Settings menu:
a. Double-tap on the segment to edit.
b. Select Segments under the Mask Defined By options.
c. Tap the Horizontal Center field and enter the new horizontal center position value. Or double-tap on the field and use the A knob
to change the value. The shape immediately changes the horizontal center position.
6. To flip a segment vertically using the Mask Settings menu:
a. Double-tap on the segment to edit.
b. Select Segments under the Mask Defined By options.
c. Tap the Flip Vertical button. The segment immediately flips vertically around its center position.
7. To flip a segment horizontally using the Mask Settings menu:
a. Double-tap on the segment to edit.
b. Select Segments under the Mask Defined By options.
c. Tap the Flip Horizontal button. The segment immediately flips horizontally around its center position.
8. To rotate a segment using the Mask Settings menu:
a. Double-tap on the segment to edit.
b. Select Segments under the Mask Defined By options.
c. Tap the Rotate field and use the A knob to change the value. The segment immediately rotates when you enter a value or
change the value with the A knob. Or double-tap on the field and enter the number of degrees to rotate the segment, where zero
(0) degrees is the position when the segment was created. You can rotate a segment from 0° to 360°.
9. To add a point (vertex) to a segment using the Edit Vertices menu:
a. Double-tap on the segment to edit.
b. Select Segments under the Mask Defined By options.
c. Tap the Edit Vertices panel.
d. Select the vertex in the Define Area list counter-clockwise from you want to insert a new vertex. Selecting a vertex highlights that
vertex on the segment.
e. Tap Insert Point. A new vertex is added to the segment, marked with an X, and is highlighted in the list.
f. Continue adding vertices as needed.
10. To delete a point (vertex) from a segment using the Edit Vertices menu:
a. Double-tap on the segment to edit.
b. Select Segments under the Mask Defined By options.
c. Tap the Edit Vertices panel.
d. Select the vertex in the Define Area list that you want to delete. Selecting a vertex highlights that vertex on the segment.
e. Tap Delete Point. A new vertex is added to the segment, marked with an X, and is highlighted in the list.
