Open the jam releasing cover.

Holding the green knob, open
the transport guide. If no mis-
fed paper can be found on the
exit side, perform step 8 and
subsequent steps in Tip.

Open the cover of the Bridge
Unit (optional). When the Fin-
isher (optional) is not installed,
skip this step.

Rotate the green dial down-
ward as indicated by the arrow
to move the paper to the exit
side.
