FI/FD outer source:
4. Tighten the two wing nuts on the top of the outer source lid assembly.
5. Connect the two cables to the extraction voltage (EXT voltage)
connectors.
6. Connect the cable to the OA source housing connector.
7. Connect the cable to the FI lens supply connector.
8. Install the FI/FD inner source.
