Status Indicator RAPs
03-600 Memory Failure RAP
03-600 The machine has detected a memory access failure.
Procedure
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
3635 only. Refer to Wiring Diagram 6 (3635).
3550 only. Refer to Wiring Diagram 15 (3550).
Perform the following:
1. Switch off the machine. Check that the memory DIMM, PL 3.10 Item 10 is correctly
installed. Switch on the machine.
2. If necessary:
a. Install a new memory DIMM, PL 3.10 Item 10.
b. Perform OF7 Main PWB Check RAP.
03-800 Check HDD RAP (3635)
03-800 The machine has detected a fault with the hard disk drive (HDD).
Procedure
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Refer to Wiring Diagram 5 (3635). Perform the following:
1. Switch off the machine, then switch on the machine.
2. Check the wiring between the hard disk drive and the Main PWB.
3. If necessary:
a. Install a new hard disk drive, PL 3.10 Item 16.
b. Perform OF7 Main PWB Check RAP.
