closest to expressing the original intenon of the pares hereto, and this EULA shall be enforceable
as so modied in the court in which the provision was declared invalid or unenforceable. This EULA
will be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois as applied to agreements entered into and to be
performed enrely within Illinois, without regard to its choice of law or conicts of law principles
that would require the applicaon of law of a dierent jurisdicon, and applicable federal law.
Neither this EULA nor any of Your rights or obligaons hereunder may be assigned by You in whole
or in part without the prior wrien approval of APOC. Any other aempted assignment shall be null
and void. Headings are included for convenience only, and shall not be considered in interpreng
this EULA. As used in this EULA, the word including means including but not limited to. This EULA
does not limit any rights that APOC may have under trade secret, copyright, patent or other laws.
The provisions of Secons 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11 shall survive the terminaon of this EULA.
