Each set contains four 1.7 mL glass ampules of each level.

Store refrigerated at 2 to 8°C (35 to 46°F) unl the printed expiraon date on the box and ampule labels.
Unopened ampules of i‑STAT Calibraon Vericaon and i‑STAT TriControls Calibraon Vericaon and
soluons can also be maintained at room temperature (18 to 30°C or 64 to 86°F ) for up to 5 days.
Do not use i‑STAT Calibraon Vericaon and i‑STAT TriControls Calibraon Vericaon soluons past
the labeled expiraon date on the box and ampule labels.
Ampule use
Barcode on the ampule must be scanned before the ampule is opened.
i‑STAT Calibraon Vericaon and i‑STAT TriControls Calibraon Vericaon ampule tesng must be
performed within 10 minutes of opening the ampule.
i‑STAT Calibraon Vericaon and i‑STAT TriControls Calibraon Vericaon ampule tesng must be
