Connecvity Map
To enable the sending and receiving of data to and from the i‑STAT Alinity instrument, congure the
connecons to the remote systems listed in the Connecvity Map.
The Connecvity Map includes:
Test Records
Device Events
Operator List
Paent List
Cartridge List
Log Events
For each remote system mapped, the following informaon is needed:
• Reviewer Name - informaon system name, for example, InfoHQ
• Vendor Name - for example, Abbo Point of Care
• IP Address
• Network Port
Instrument Clock Date/Time Synchronizaon
When the Connecvity Map sengs are enabled for Test Records, Operator List, Paent List or Cartridge
List and the instrument is connected to a network via wired or wireless interface, the instrument will
automacally synchronize the date and me of its clock with the data manager's me. This feature may
be disabled via the instrument Set Clock ow. See Instrument Clock Date/Time Synchronizaon in secon
1.2 i‑STAT Alinity Instrument for details.
If all the IP addresses in the Connecvity Map are the same, the instrument may synchronize me during
any of the data manager communicaon sessions (for example, transming results or receiving lists).
If the IP addresses in the Connecvity Map are not all the same, the instrument will synchronize me
with only one data manager. In this case, the instrument will select the one data manager according to
the rst enabled IP address in the Connecvity Map in the following order: Test Records, Operator List,
Cartridge List, Paent List.

• Previous to go back to the previous screen
• Discard to undo changes
• Finish Later to create a dra
• Next to open the next tab
