Abbott i-STAT Alinity - Connectivity Map

Connecvity Map
To enable the sending and receiving of data to and from the i‑STAT Alinity instrument, congure the
connecons to the remote systems listed in the Connecvity Map.
The Connecvity Map includes:
Test Records
Device Events
Operator List
Paent List
Cartridge List
Log Events
For each remote system mapped, the following informaon is needed:
• Reviewer Name - informaon system name, for example, InfoHQ
• Vendor Name - for example, Abbo Point of Care
• IP Address
• Network Port
Instrument Clock Date/Time Synchronizaon
When the Connecvity Map sengs are enabled for Test Records, Operator List, Paent List or Cartridge
List and the instrument is connected to a network via wired or wireless interface, the instrument will
automacally synchronize the date and me of its clock with the data manager's me. This feature may
be disabled via the instrument Set Clock ow. See Instrument Clock Date/Time Synchronizaon in secon

If all the IP addresses in the Connecvity Map are the same, the instrument may synchronize me during
any of the data manager communicaon sessions (for example, transming results or receiving lists).
If the IP addresses in the Connecvity Map are not all the same, the instrument will synchronize me
with only one data manager. In this case, the instrument will select the one data manager according to
the rst enabled IP address in the Connecvity Map in the following order: Test Records, Operator List,
Cartridge List, Paent List.

• Previous to go back to the previous screen
• Discard to undo changes
• Finish Later to create a dra
