Input Routes (Differential in WDB/WDA)
Connections to the Other Pogo Pins
DC Routes
By connecting the pin PMU to the SYNC CLK (Trigger) pin, this
connection type can be used to perform DC measurements at an
analog pin.
The multiplexer can make the route between a pogo pin and the
SYNC CLK (Trigger) pin. This enables DC measurement by using a
Pin PMU on a digital channel connected with the SYNC CLK pin.
The following figure shows an example of the DC route for the
AWG:
