1-1 Introduction General Information
Chapter 9, “System Operations” reviews various instrument
management features of the Site Master including: System menu,
Preset menu, ScrnShot capture, Touch menu, and Help menu.
Chapter 10, “Battery Replacement” explains how to replace the Site
Master batteries.
Chapter 11, “Anritsu Tool Box” provides an overview of the Anritsu
Line Sweep Tools (LST) and easyTest Tools.
Chapter 12, “Video Inspection Probe (VIP)” is a program used to test the
condition of a fiber optic termination. A Video Inspection Probe like the
Anritsu Model G0306A must be connected to the instrument.
Appendix A, “Instrument Messages” provides details regarding
messages displayed on the S331L Site Master.
Document Conventions
Main menu and keypad keys are shown in the User Guide in a
Sans Serif Bold typeface. Main menu keys are the six buttons displayed
at the bottom of the interface screen. Submenus and submenu keys are
located on the right side of the trace window and some dialog boxes.
They are shown in this manual in Sans Serif Regular typeface.
Key sequences to access specific Site Master functions are represented
in a manner similar to the following:
Freq/Dist > DTF Setup > Cable List
