Siphon on B13 Better (B13 Best appearance) VDE QUALITY Labelled Products.
Using Cut-off System
Siphon cutting system may clog in time due to laundry piles. In this case, the system will fail
to perform siphon cutting function. However, this situation will not cause or create any other
functional problem on the machine.
When a problem such as siphoning during draining is seen, siphon is taken out from the
siphon cutter intermediate hose siphon elbow and drum, residues in the hose and at the
mouth of the siphon elbow are cleaned and then the hose must be attached in the same
position (as not to touch the body and rear wall).
Siphon risk is present in all our products in the field under negative draining conditions.
Mentioned system is a solution to prevent this problem and to achieve VDE Quality Label
license.
Bottom detail of the drain assembly which involves siphon cutter system is as below. System
is composed of a two-piece drain hose as "Drain hose assembly outer" and "Drain hose
assembly".
Drain hose coming out of drain pump is connected
to the "siphon elbow" under the parasite filter.
Siphon cutter intermediate hose comes out of the
siphon elbow and connected to the empty place at
the back of the drum and surface of which is
drilled.
Siphon cutter intermediate hose baypasses
between the drum and drain hose to carry the drain
to the atmosphere and prevents siphon during
drainage (in cases wher drain ia not aired, falling of
drain hose on the floor and fall below the pump
level, etc.).
Siphon cutter intermediate hose Empty
400 rpm. It is drilled with 4 mm drill bit and
with air motor.
