Amplifier: Indicate which backup amplifier will be monitored.
Line: Indicate which combination of the zone and the backup amplifier will be monitored.
Tolerance(%): To determine the boundary of the fault detection for a selected zone. If one of the
following conditions meets the description below, IDA8 will recognize the fault.
o Measure < (Full Loaded Reference x (100% - Tolerance%))
o Measure > (Unloaded Reference x (100% + Tolerance%))
Global Tolerance:
Click to change the tolerance setting on [Tolerance%] grid for all the zones of backup amplifier,
which connected to all of the IDA8 processors. If the zone is not been selected on [Global
Tolerance] grid, the tolerance value will not change.
Get Reference:
Get the reference values of the selected zone for further fault detection. Please note that the
hardware configuration(IDA8C/S, amplifiers, wiring) should be completed before getting the
reference.
Get All Reference:
Get the reference of gain value from the selected IDA8 processor.
Global Get Reference:
Get all the reference of gain value from all the IDA8 processors.
Reset All Reference:
Reset the reference of gain value from the selected IDA8 processor.
Global Reset Reference:
Reset the reference of gain value from all the IDA8 processors.
Reset Monitoring:
Reset all the monitoring on all the zones, and the detected faults from amplifier will be cleared.
After that, the monitoring function will execute the monitoring again.
Global Reset Monitoring:
Reset the monitoring function on all the IDA8 processors.
