Controls if the selected Region of interest is active and streaming.
Notice
The settings (Height, Width, OffsetX, OffsetY) of the respective region must be correct
in order to be able to activate them.
Notice
With activated ImageCompression (ImageCompression = on) the use of Region-
Mode is not possible.
