With the release of BD FACSDiva software 6.0 and later, there are two options
for ensuring consistent performance from the cytometer.
1 Using the Cytometer Setup and Tracking (CS&T) module. See the overview
below and refer to the Cytometer Setup and Tracking Application Guide
for complete information on using CS&T.
2 Performing the quality control process using BD FACSDiva software. See
Cytometer Quality Control Using BD FACSDiva Software on page 118.
