Scheduled Maintenance
For optimal cytometer functioning, perform the following procedures according
to the recommended maintenance schedule.
Internal Cleaning
BD FACSDiva software includes five pre-programmed cleaning modes that can
be used alone, or in combination to provide the required level of cleaning.
The following sections describe the
different cleaning modes. See Table 6-1
on page 182 for an overview of each
mode.
