5.3 Troubleshooting
The AV4 BSMS Chassis can only be replaced as a whole (FRU). There are no serviceable
parts on the Chassis itself.
If an FRU needs to be replaced, contact your Bruker Service Representative.
Detected failures are reported with event messages. Event messages are displayed on the
TopSpin screen and can be viewed on the Service Web pages. General information on
trouble shooting, error handling and failure reporting is available in chapter Troubleshooting
[}213].
