Display Features
Impedance changes are reflected in the respiratory waveform displayed to the left of
the RESP parameter box. Waveform morphology differs depending on whether the
patient is breathing with or without a ventilator, as shown below.
In the RESP parameter box, a lung symbol ( ) blinks whenever a breath is detected.
The display of respiration alarms, alarm limits, and parameter values follows the
standard display of other parameters.
