Using the Internal Microphone to Speak
You can use the ECO's internal microphone to speak on the phone if you are able to do this.
Turn the
Microphone option ON.
Adjust the
Mic Level option to make the volume louder or softer. (Remember that if the volume
is too loud, you will get feedback noise.)
You can use Minspeak whether the microphone is On or not.
Using Headphones
You can plug headphones into the External Headphone connector, use the spelling keyboard or
Minspeak to speak, and no one will be able to hear your conversation.
Turn the
Headphone Level option to On and set a volume level that is comfortable to listen to.
