10.2.6 Copy a Balance job
Create a copy of a job in the same memory location. The new copy is highlighted, but not
activated. You must activate the job. If you want to copy or move the job from internal
memory to a memory card, use the File Utility on the Home screen.
Procedure
1.
From the Balance main menu, press F12 Job Manager.
2. Use the up and down arrow keys to select a job to copy.
3. Press F8 Copy Job.
4. Use the up and down arrow keys to select an option.
Option Description
Copy entire job Create an exact copy of the job, except for assigning a new job ID.
Any collected data or notes are included.
Copy job without trim
run data
Create an exact copy of the job with a new job ID, all job setup
information, reference run data, trial run data, and notes.
Copy job setup only Create a new job with a new job ID and all job setup information.
Data and notes are not copied.
5. Press Enter.
The new copy of the job appears on the Job Manager screen. The Job ID is "Job X"
where X is the next number in the sequence, starting from 0. To use this job, you
must activate it.
10.2.7 Delete a Balance job
You can delete a balance job from the analyzer using the Job Manager in the Balance
program or the File Utility on the Home screen.
Note
Use caution with Delete Selected Jobs option. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Procedure
1.
From the Balance main menu, press F12 Job Manager.
2. Use the up and down arrow keys to select a job.
3. Press F2 Select/Unselect or F3 Select All.
A checkmark appears next to the selected job.
4. Press F6 Delete Selected Jobs.
5. Press Enter.
