ESC G Double Strike

Starts double-strike printing. Each line is printed with two passes of the
printhead. ESC G remains in effect until ESC H, ESC ! (n), ESC Az! (n),
or SOH Az! (n) is received.

Cancels double-strike set with ESC G, ESC ! (n), SOH Az! (n), or ESC Az!
