Components of RDS Toolbox
RDS toolbox provides 5 main usages:
Publications
Publication of various news and links
Control Panel
Access to the configuration of the arm
SMART
Powerful survey system to prevent or diagnose any issue
Vault
Management of saved data (including SMART data), synchronized with a server.
Maintenance
Maintenance and analyse tools, using direct connection to the arm or using the
packages from the Vault.
3 groups of tiles give access to the different function panels
• News tiles: RDS Toolbox can collect news and information from HEXAGON SERVER database
(internet connection required) to give advices to the user.
• Main arm configuration, vault and SMART tiles.
• Other maintenance tiles: specific programming, diagnose and analyse functions
Profiles
There are 2 profiles of RDS Toolbox, depending on a valid feature code or not.
: End User profile (default)
: Technician profile (requires a valid Alignment feature code).
Depending on the profile, some items may be available or not. This manual only describes the End-User
profile.
