Wiegand reader head 90T EWR-S:
Before fixing the Wiegand reader on the wall the front cover must be removed by loosening the 2 screws on
the front (see below drawing). After that 3 fixing holes can be used for fixing the reader on the wall.
After the reader head has been fixed on the wall, the small cover plate can be placed on the reader head by
removing the protection paper from the double-sided scotch.
A junction box 90T JB is delivered together with the 90T RKP ERC controller for connecting the cables coming
from the reader head and the controller.
Interconnection between terminal and wiegand reader head:
The controller 90T RKP ERC and the reader head are each delivered with 2.5 m of shielded cable. If the
distance between the reader and the controller exceeds 5 m, extra cable between the two units can be included.
Maximum 50 m of
shielded
cable can be installed between the two units.
In the controller 95T ERC the reader head is directly connected in the corresponding screw terminals.
