Sets and Queries the test mode

In the READY state, sets the test mode.

In the READY state, queries the test mode.

Error
• The execution of this command in a state other than the READY state (includ-
ing
double action), the test setting state, the optional screen and the saving/
loading screen causes an execution error.
• When the test time for the withstand-voltage and insulation-resistance tests is
set to OFF, an execution error will occur when AWI or AIW setting is chosen.
