To ensure optimum machining precision after replacing the shaft kit, you are advised to
reset the axis affected by the modification (the one parallel to the spindle shaft).

Calibrate the sensors as explained
in section
9.3 “Replacing and
adjusting the sensors”
.

Reassemble the upper casing on
the electrospindle, taking care not
to damage the sensor cables.
Use Loctite 510 (or an equivalent
product) on the edge of the casing.
