3.6 LEVELING JACKS (IF EQUIPPED)
Cylinder Removal
REMOVAL:
1. Disable machine operation.
2. Remove the four bolts (2), flatwashers (3) and tinnerman
nuts (4) from cover (1). Carefully lift cover up and off of
machine.
3. Disconnect, cap and label all hydraulic lines and wires
connected to the leveling jack cylinder (8).
4. Support cylinder. Remove the four bolts (6) and nuts (7)
attaching cylinder to cylinder mount. Remove jack cover
bracket (5).
5. Carefully remove cylinder from mount.
INSTALLATION:
1. Follow Removal Steps in reverse.
NOTE: Refer to Figure 4-32., Leveling Jack Cylinder for cylinder
breakdown.
2. Operate leveling jacks to ensure proper operation.
