Query the Mechanical Relay Cycle Count
Return the count of mechanical relay cycles. For N9038A model, there are additional 2 Mechanical Relays
which are <N9038A Input2>, <N9038A Bypass>.

Example :SYST:MREL:COUN?
Notes Query Only
The return value is a comma separated list of the individual counts for each mechanical relay.
The position of the relays in the list is:

Query the Operating Temperature Extremes
Returns the low operating temperature extreme value. The value survives a power-cycle and is the
temperature extreme encountered since the value was reset by the factory or service center.
