CAUTION
Be careful that load fluctuation induced by vibration, for example, will not be exerted
on the measuring unit during zero calibration.
When the input from the measuring unit exceeds 2.5 mV/V, flashing
appears. When the input is lower than -2.5 mV/V, flashing appears.
These outliers are outside the scope of zero point calibration.
▼ Span calibration based on weight
(After zero calibration)
1. Confirm is displayed.
2. Apply a load equal to the value determined as weight mass to the measuring unit.
3. Press .
flashes and span calibration is initiated.
Upon completion of span calibration, appears.
CAUTION
When the input from the measuring unit exceeds 3.1 mV/V, flashing
appears. When the input is lower than the value used in the zero calibration,
flashing appears. Those outliers are outside the scope of span
calibration.
▼ Registration
POINT
The calibration data will not be registered until you press with displayed. When
the calibration is terminated, all settings established beforehand will be permanently erased.
When the calibration results are reregistered, already stored fine adjustment and zero setting
data will be erased. Therefore, reset these data on an as-necessary basis.
For more information about fine adjustment and zero setting, see Section 3.6, "Fine adjustment" and
Section 7.8, "Zero setting and effective range", respectively.
(After the span calibration based on weight)
1. After confirming is displayed, press .
The calibration data is registered, and CCAL mode is completed.
2. Press twice to return to Measurement mode.
