5.1.5 Setting the detection prohibit time [PF-43]
To exclude the impact load generated in the pressure fitting from the parameters subject to peak
detection, set the detection prohibit time to P functions PF-43. If this time is set, the detection is not
implemented until the specified time counted after the initiation of detection process has expired.
After this time elapses, parameters such as peaks are detected. Described below are the detection
prohibition time setting procedures.
1. Press once to display .
2. Press twice to change the display to .
3. Press .
The P function mode is activated, and the display changes to a two-digit numerical value
prefixed with [PF-].
4. Using and , change the numerical value to and press .
The currently set detection prohibit time appears.
Actual time will be the displayed value multiplied by 0.1.

5. Using and , set the detection prohibit time.
You can set any value between 00 and 10 that show 0.0 to 1.0 s, respectively.

7. Press twice to return to Measurement mode.
