▼ Detection of an inflection point in the automatic start time-specified section
To detect an inflection point with the automatic start time-specified section defined as the desired
detecting section, set the following values to P functions PF-01, PF-02, PF-40, and PF-41, and PF-20
to PF-35, which are used depending on the sharp change of the load to be detected, respectively.
P function Setting
PF-01 (Detecting operation) 07 (Inflection point A)
PF-02 (Detecting section) 3 (Automatic start time-specified section)
PF-20 (Detecting data width) 100 (Display in the load window)
PF-21 (Detecting time A) 100 (ms)
PF-22 (Detecting time B) 100 (ms)
PF-23 (Fine adjustment in detection) 0 (Display in the load window)
PF-40 (Detecting time) 1 000 (ms)
PF-41 (Automatic start level) 1 000 (Display in the load window)
Under these settings, the inflection point is determined as shown below according to the change in load.
When the track exceeds the automatic start level, the detection operation is initiated and the section
within the detecting time already set is defined as the detecting section. When an inflection point
(point A) is detected in the detecting section, the subsequent section will be the hold section. When
the RESET input is generated by, for example, pressing in the detecting section, the process
enters the reset section and the displayed load becomes [0]. When the RESET input is ended, the
process reenters the detecting section. When the RESET input is generated in the hold section, the
detection process ends.
