Measuring the Height
Setting [Display] Description [Display]
Measurement Surface [SUR] Sets the measurement surface.
- Edge 1st [EDGE1]
- Edge 2nd [EDGE2]
- Edge 3rd [EDGE3]
- Edge 4th [EDGE4]
- Light Peak [PEAK] (default value)
The setting for common height
measurements as shown in the
following diagram is registered
for TASK1 in advance. In such
a case, this setting is not required.
Set this item when measuring
the height of an object below
a transparent object as shown
in the following diagram.
