34.1. Database configuration
< Databases configuration> submenu enables the user to:
• Set databases availability
• Categorize product
• Declare data operation for databases: product, operators, clients,
extra variables
• Change databases records preview
• Import databases from a memory stick to the scale
• Export databases to a memory stick
Caution:
Configuration can be executed by a user with “Administrator” authority.
34.1.1. Databases accessibility
< Databases accessibility> submenu allows to declare databases which
are to be available for the user.
Procedure:
• Enter submenu: „
Databases / databases configuration”,
according to ch. 34 of this manual,
• Choose < Databases accessibility> to view a list of available
databases.

Inaccessible database
34.1.2. Categories
< Categories> serves to divide product databases into folders (categories)
in order to optimally group particular records.
