Adjusting the upper limit position raises the upper limit position. (for dealing with repeated failure to
feed)
During paper feeding, this achieves the effect of reducing transport resistance by reducing paper
abutting against the paper tray plate for pre-separation (bank).
Be careful as raising the upper limit position tends to make the unit prone to multi-feeding.
1. Open the front cover.
2. Remove the inner covers.
When removing the 1st or 2nd paper feed unit, lower the lever [A] and remove the inner
upper cover [B] ( x3, knob x1).
