uniform charging of the drum impossible and causes uneven density.
This is likely to occur if:
Printing a halftone image
Drastic environmental change from the HH condition (high temperature and high humidity) to the
LL condition (low temperature and low humidity)
The machine is not used for 30 minutes or more after the machine operation in the low temperature
and low humidity condition.
Solution
1. Access the "Adjustment Settings for Operators" menu.
2. Execute “0501 [Execute Process Adjustment]” (SP3-020-001) three times.
3. Print the target image.
Also, you can print “12(Independent Pattern 2dot)” in SP2-109-003 (Test Pattern) on A3 paper.
4. Is the problem solved?
YES: Finish
NO: Go to step 2.
