5. Visually check to make sure there is no gap between the plastic part and the friction pad after the
tray finishes lifting up.
No Feeding (Poor-Quality Paper): 3-Tray A3LCIT
When poor-quality paper is used, the surface of the feed roller slips on the paper, resulting in no
feeding. As the countermeasure for no feeding of poor-quality paper, the machine's paper tray has
separation pressure of the separation roller [A].
Adjustable in 3 positions as shown below.
This is a mechanism to move the adjusting plate [1] and so change the spring force, allowing the force
exerted by the arm [2] supporting the separation roller to be adjusted.
