Cause
Feeding thick paper causes its trailing edge to catch the toner accumulated on the ITB guide plate.
Solution
Clean both side of the ITB guide plate.
Work carefully to prevent the guide plate from bending when cleaning. Bent guide plate will
cause scratch marks on prints.
1. Remove the ITB guide plate [A]
2. Place the guide plate on a flat surface.
