3. Install the applications and LegacyUI. (Refer to the procedures in Chapter 5 “System Maintenance”
of the field service manual.)
In the installation screen, [LegacyUItype-1] is displayed.
You can install more than one application at the same time, but if there are limitations in the install
procedure, then follow the message displayed on-screen.
4. After installing, execute [Panel restart].
After rebooting the operating panel, “LegacyUI data does not exist” is displayed, and then the data
of LegacyUI is automatically installed. Please wait about 3 minutes until “The setting has been
changed” is displayed.
5. Press the [Menu] icon on the Home screen, and then press [Reset the Home Screen]
When using package update
1. Execute the package update. (Refer to the procedures in Chapter 5 “System Maintenance” of the
field service manual.)
When you execute the package update after the factory reset, the messages below may be
displayed. This is because the data has been initialized and it is not an error.
1. "LegacyUI Data does not exist" is displayed several times after rebooting the operating panel.
2. "An error occurred in LegacyUI and shutting down" is displayed.
In this case, you can press [OK] and continue to update.
2. Additional applications can be installed from the eDC server as needed.
Download applications using the procedure for installation from eDC server, because uninstallation
provided with the activation information associated with the machine number remained on the
server side.
