Cause
When using thick paper of approximately 160 g/m
2
or higher in a low temperature, low humidity
environment, this problem may occur due to insufficient transfer current or excessive transfer.
Solution
Execute commands in the following order: “Adjusting the disengage timing of paper transfer”
”Adjusting the paper transfer current at the trailing edge”.
Adjusting the disengage timing of paper transfer
As a side effect, shock jitter may increase when the paper is disengaged.
